Our success is dependent upon superior service innovation, integrity and continuous improvement in all aspects of our business. We accomplish this through the application of the Exceptional Customer Service (ECS) method. We see the Exceptional Customer Service method as a multi-step process that includes servicing our Customers on all levels. These levels are customer preferences, requirements, concerns, and satisfactions. It is not subjective or emotional, but rather a logical, open and rational process. Applying the ECS method in all parts of the organization is expected and highly valued.
